Lucid PCM offers a wide range of non-medical senior services. Our goal is to provide a supportive relationship that is based on trust, empathy and compassion, and addresses the unique needs of each client. Services are customizable and first rate.

Concierge services include:  

  • Errands (grocery shopping, personal shopping, medication pick-up, dry cleaning)

  • Light housekeeping

  • Meal prep assistance

  • Respite care for loved ones who are providing care, but need an occasional break

  • Regular check-ins

  • Arranging and assisting with appointments (ask us about Geriatric Care Management)

  • Technical support with utilizing electronic devices

  • Companionship and socialization (social and religious outings)

Geriatric Care Management

Professional assessment, planning, coordination and monitoring of services for seniors and their families.

This service is ideal for families that live far apart, as reports on a client’s (family member) well-being would be provided as needed.

Care management/coordination includes:

  • Management of medical appointments, on-going monitoring, and prevention of repetitive care

  • Assist in managing requirements for emotional well-being maintaining quality of life.

  • Provide companionship and ensure seniors feel respected, valued, and understood.

  • Offer opportunities for social interaction and meaningful relationships.
